Southern Connecticut Hockey League

  The " 2014 SCHL Winter Season All-Star Games " took place this month on Sunday 3/2/14 for the D-Conference, and Sunday 3/9/14 for the C-Conference. Both games were played at the Louis Astorino Ice Arena in Hamden,CT. with 34 of the top players in each Conference earning a chance to compete in the games based on statistics.

Prior to each game, the SCHL Skills Competitions saw players competing in 4 events which were Fastest Skater, Accuracy Shooting, Hardest Shot, and a Shoot-out.

Each event winner received a $25 Gift Certificate to Hamden Sport Center.

C-Conference

Fastest Skater - Blake Fackler - 24/7 Bail Bonds - 16.37 sec. - 1 Lap

Accuracy Shooting - Justin Noble - Wyld Stallyns - 6 Goals - 20 sec.

Hardest Shot - Bill Bond - North Branford Fire - 75 MPH

Shoot-out - Andre Boucher ( Goalie ) - Whities

D-Conference

Fastest Skater - Dan Leitao - Totems - 16.72 sec. - 1 Lap

Accuracy Shooting - Chuck White - Redlines - 2 Goals - 20 sec.

Hardest Shot - Greg Camputaro - Keagan's - 82 MPH

Shoot-out - Frank Anderson - Predators
